This Refund Policy applies to all team registrations for Elite Cricket Championship (ECC) 2026. Please read this policy carefully before completing your registration and payment.

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@elitecricketchampionship.site. Verbal requests over the phone will not be accepted. Please include your Reference ID, team name, and reason for cancellation in your email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of the written cancellation request being approved by ECC.
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances once incurred: jersey printing costs, player ID card production costs, and administrative processing fees. These will be deducted from any applicable refund amount.
In the event that ECC is unable to conduct the championship due to circumstances beyond its control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, or public health emergencies), ECC will endeavour to reschedule the championship. Refund terms in such cases will be communicated separately to all registered teams.
Any disputes regarding refunds should be raised in writing to info@elitecricketchampionship.site. ECC's decision in all refund matters is final. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
