1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering a team for Elite Cricket Championship (ECC) or by using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register or use this website.

2. Organizer

Elite Cricket Championship is organized and operated by Elite Cricket Championship (ECC), with its registered office at E 75 Basement, Greater Kailash-1, Greater Kailash Enclave I, New Delhi, Delhi 110048, India. 3. Eligibility

Registration is open to any cricket team or academy based in Delhi NCR with an active Under-19 (male) squad. All players must be 18 years of age or younger on the date of their first ECC match. Age proof may be requested. A player may represent only one team throughout the entire championship.

4. Registration & Payment

Submitting the online registration form does not confirm your slot. Slot confirmation is subject to payment of the full registration fee of ₹25,000. Our team will contact you within 2–3 business hours of receiving your form to share payment details. Slots are strictly first-come, first-served on the basis of payment receipt.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made in writing to info@elitecricketchampionship.site. Refunds are subject to the cancellation timeline: cancellation more than 30 days before the tournament start date qualifies for a 75% refund; 15–30 days prior qualifies for 50%; less than 15 days prior qualifies for no refund. Jersey printing, ID card production, and administrative costs are non-refundable once incurred.

6. Squad & Player Rules

Each team may register up to 18 players. Squad details must be submitted before the championship begins. Squad changes after confirmation are subject to ECC approval. All players must be registered in the official squad list to be eligible to play.

7. Conduct

All players, coaches, and team officials are expected to uphold the spirit of cricket and conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times. ECC reserves the right to suspend or disqualify any team or individual for misconduct, violence, or behavior that brings the championship into disrepute. ECC's decision in all disciplinary matters is final.

8. Liability

ECC and Elite Cricket Championship (ECC) are not liable for any personal injury, loss of property, or any other loss suffered by players, coaches, or officials during the championship, unless caused by gross negligence on ECC's part. Teams participate at their own risk. Teams are responsible for ensuring their players have appropriate fitness and health to participate.

9. Photography & Media

ECC reserves the right to photograph and video record all championship matches and events. Such content may be used for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without additional consent. By registering, you agree to this on behalf of your team members.

10. Changes to Terms

ECC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Registered teams will be notified of any material changes. Continued participation in the championship following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
